1. Please fill in the order form at the bottom if you’re 100% sure in purchasing the items.
2. We encourage you to make your payment to DBS Saving Plus 066-7-028892 then send in your order form (calculation method are in our order form)
3. All prices are non-negotiable
4. All items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
5. Please transfer the payment within 48 hours after receiving our invoice otherwise the item will be put up for sale without further notification. Failure to do so will be blacklisted from future purchases. *unless inform us need an extension for the payment.*
6. Items will be sold to the person that have made the payment first and not the one that ordered first.
7. If you do not receive invoice from us, please email us and do check inbox, junk/trash mail as the invoice might have landed up there.
8. Three types of postage: Normal ($1.50) + $0.50 for subsequent item / Registered ($3.70) / Smartpac ($4.20)
9. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel and we would strongly recommend Registered postage than Normal postage.
10. We are strongly recommended opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcel. We will not be liable for lost parcel sent via normal postage.
11. Please snap shot the defective (torn, stains, faulty zip...etc) apparels upon receiving the items and request for an exchange immediately (if still available). If the apparel has worn, washed are not able to exchange.

*Please also note that colours will differ slightly due to studio lighting. Give all measurements an allowance of 0.5" to 1" difference

**Mailing day: Every Wednesday & One alternative day in that week.

Normal postage: 3-5 working days, Registered postage: 2-4 working days.

SmartPAC: 1-2 working days. Weekend & PH are non-working days.
